What kind of sites do you build?
Modern static sites — homepages, marketing sites, small-business landing pages, basic portfolios. The same kind of site you're looking at right now. Not WordPress, not bloated SaaS templates — fast, clean, and built so the files are yours forever.
Can I host the site myself?
Yes — and I actually recommend it for most people. Free hosts like Vercel and Cloudflare Pages handle the kind of sites I build at zero cost. I'll set you up so you can deploy with one command, or I'll host it for you if you'd rather not deal with it.
What's actually in the maintenance subscription?
Content updates (text, images, prices), bug fixes, broken link patches, dependency updates, and a regular check that everything is still working. The Basic tier covers about an hour of work a month; Plus covers two. If you only need updates twice a year, just pay for a one-off when you need them.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Anytime, no questions, no fees. The site stays up — you just stop paying for the maintenance side of things. If you're hosting it yourself, nothing changes. If I'm hosting, I'll help you migrate the files wherever you want.
Do you do redesigns?
Yes. If you have an existing site that's outdated or stuck on a platform like Wix or Squarespace and you want to escape, that's the same as a one-time build — let's talk on a call first.
How long does a build take?
Most simple sites are done in a week from the kickoff call. Bigger ones — 2 to 3 weeks. I'll give you a real timeline at the end of the discovery call.
