Easiest way to reach me
Email is the fastest channel during the season. Tell me what's broken, when you're free, and I'll write back the same day.
Where I work
Peak Labs is based in Xenia, OH, and serves all of Greene County — Beavercreek, Fairborn, Cedarville, Jamestown, Wilberforce, Yellow Springs, and the surrounding Dayton metro. Most customers are within a 15-minute drive.
Drop-off and pickup are both at the shop in Xenia, by appointment. The exact address goes out once you book.
Common questions
How long does a typical repair take?
Most jobs are done in 1–3 days. I'll always give you an estimate when I send the quote — and if anything pushes it past that, I tell you immediately, not after.
Do you do remote support?
Sometimes. Software-only issues (slow PC, virus cleanup, account setup) can often be handled remotely over a screen-share, usually for less than the in-shop rate. Email me with what's going on and I'll let you know.
Card or cash?
Both. I run a Square card reader, so any chip or tap card works. Cash is fine too — I'll round to the nearest dollar.
What if you can't fix it?
If I diagnose it and there's nothing to be done — bad motherboard, drowned laptop, etc. — I charge the diagnostic fee ($25–35) and walk you through your options. No work happens until you've approved a quote, so there are no surprise bills.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If a repair fails within 30 days from the same root cause I diagnosed, I redo it free.
Where exactly is the shop?
It's a private shop on a residential property in Xenia. I don't post the address publicly — when you book an appointment, I send you the address directly. Keeps things calm and appointment-only.
Question we didn't cover?
