Peak Labs is run by one person out of a small shop in Xenia. No sales counter, no scripts, no rush to move you through. Just repairs done properly.
Why appointment-only
Most repair shops have you stand at a counter, fill out a paper ticket, and wait three days for someone to even look at your computer. Appointments fix that. You get a real time slot, your machine moves to the front of the line, and you hear back the same day with a quote.
Where the prices come from
No rent, no franchise fee, no manager taking a cut. The prices on the Services page reflect what the work actually costs, plus a small margin. Parts get marked up 15–25% over cost, which is well under what the chains charge.
What Peak Labs won't do
- Sell you a service you don't need.
- Take on a job that can't be delivered in 1–3 days.
- Hide a fee in the fine print.
- Charge for a diagnostic if you go ahead with the repair.
